Mainland Spain
Orders under €69 — €6.99
Orders of €69 and above — FREE
Delivery in 2–4 business days from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
Spanish islands (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)
Flat rate €10.00 on all orders. Delivery times vary by destination. Taxes and customs formalities for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may differ from mainland Spain.
Other EU countries
Flat rate €10.00 on all orders. Delivery times vary by destination.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 10:00 AM on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM or on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Local Delivery — Torrevieja & Orihuela Costa
We offer local delivery within a 12 km radius of Torrevieja on orders of €20 or more.
Orders from €20.00 to €49.99 — €4.90 delivery fee
Orders of €50.00 and above — FREE
Orders must be placed the day before by 8:00 PM. Deliveries are made in the morning. Please message us on WhatsApp after checkout to arrange your delivery slot.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay; Klarna and other local payment methods are offered where available for your country and order.
