Moon Full Leaf Rubber Base is a colored rubber base with foil flakes, offering excellent density and rich shades that eliminate the need for gel polish. The rubber formula provides flawless self-leveling and a stylish foil-flake decorative finish.

2. Dehydrate and apply primer if required.
3. Apply a thin, even layer of base, sealing the free edge.
4. Cure 60 sec LED / 120 sec UV.
