Payment
All major cards accepted via Shopify Payments. For orders above €300, bank transfer (SEPA) is available and preferred — it eliminates payment processing fees for both sides.

Do I need a registered business?
No. We work with autónomos, employed technicians, and salon owners. If you work professionally with beauty products, you qualify.
Are the discounts applied automatically?
Yes. Once verified, your Pro pricing applies to every order automatically. No codes to enter.
Can I order below €150 as a Pro account?
Yes. Orders below €150 are placed at standard retail prices. Pro pricing activates at €150 per order.
Does Pro pricing apply to Moon Full products?
No. Moon Full is priced at standard retail across all tiers. All other brands in our catalog are fully eligible.
We have multiple staff members ordering. Can we share one account?
Yes. Contact us on WhatsApp and we will set up a shared Pro account for your studio.
Do you ship outside Spain?
Spain is our primary market. EU shipping is available — contact us before placing a large international order so we can confirm rates and lead times.
FlowMe is operated by a registered Spanish autónomo (régimen general de IVA). All prices include 21% Spanish VAT. Pro invoices are issued in Spanish and include full VAT detail.
