  1. WHERE WE SHIP

We ship across mainland Spain and the European Union. Delivery to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla is coming soon.

  1. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES — MAINLAND SPAIN

Orders under €69 — €4.90 — 2–4 business days
Orders €69 and above — FREE — 2–4 business days

Delivery times run from the date of dispatch, not the order date. 

  1. SHIPPING TO OTHER EU COUNTRIES

We are happy to ship to other EU countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are not included at checkout automatically.

Before placing a large international order, please contact us on WhatsApp or by email to confirm the shipping rate for your country. We will provide a quote and arrange delivery from there.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 10:00 AM on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM or on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

  1. FREE LOCAL DELIVERY — TORREVIEJA & ORIHUELA COSTA

    We offer local delivery within a 12 km radius of Torrevieja on orders of €20 or more.

    Orders from €20.00 to €49.99 — €4.90 delivery fee
    Orders of €50.00 and above — FREE

    Orders must be placed the day before by 8:00 PM. Deliveries are made in the morning. Please message us on WhatsApp after checkout to arrange your delivery slot.

  1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
